N!ck is the proud owner of R047/R009 and sent us a lot of pictures of his brand-new car. He took a lot of them while it was still in-build, which allows us to see a lot of detail of the chassis.
It is finished in Mercedes-Benz 'Silver Arrow' with Burgundy interior. It is the very last customer car and has a Stage 3 engine upgrade with steel rods.

Lotus on track went to Abbeville again. We, Nic and I, took the Rocket to France and drove it like we stole it. Nic did a lot of work on the Rocket over the last 4 years and it paid off. It didn't miss a beat all day, although we ran out of fuel on the very last session. Limping back to the pit!
Track was very wet in the morning. Car was going all directions except the right one. Wheelspin at 80Mph at 9000 RPM on the straight in the morning. Scary stuff.
In the afternoon the track dried out and we finally found some grip, although we never managed to get some heat in tires or brakes. Nic tweaked the front suspension a little. Slightly more toe-in. Understeer gone. We did about 220 km during the day. Car drove like a dream. Some pics.
